“Roter Hahn (Red Rooster)” is the name of the South Tyrolean farmers association in which over 1600 authentically run farms are unified. With their product lines ‘Holiday on the farm, Farm bars, quality products of the farm and Farm Handcrafts’, the South Tyrolean farmers are anticipating on one of the current trends in tourism.
